Graphic Designer- Cabrio Group Job at Earthbound in New York

Overview

CABRIO Group is a nimble startup on a mission to assist non-profits in connecting with their donors and volunteers. We act as an accelerator for our non-profit clients, delivering everything their organization needs to succeed. We are seeking a graphic designer to help support our many clients in bringing their missions, organizations, and events to life. This role requires commuting to our NYC office Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday each week.

Responsibilities

• Work with specific organizations to understand and bring to life their visual identity.
• Tell a brand story in presentation mediums such as PowerPoint in unique and innovative ways.
• Create brand books and donor decks based on visual identity.
• Use brand guidelines to create logos and other marketing collateral.
• Build out style guides based on specific brand identity.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Communicate with senior team members to receive feedback.
• Liaise effectively with other departments.

Qualifications And Requirements

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Fine Art Design, Marketing, Graphics or related discipline.
• Portfolio of design work.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Strong eye for design and attention to detail.
• Team player with strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to pick up concepts and brand voice easily.
• Ability to learn on the job and adapt quickly in a fast-paced setting with multiple projects; agility and flexibility are key.
• Time management skills and ability to meet project deadlines.
• Ability to see projects through from inception to production with excellent attention to detail and prioritization.
• Good organizational skills to support the rest of the team.
• Motivation to maintain and improve design standards; willingness to listen to feedback and use it to improve.
• Ability to present new ideas to the team and management.
• Familiarity with CABRIO Group clients is a plus.

Compensation

Hourly rates and full-time salaries will depend on the level and experience of each candidate. Can range from $60,000-$100,000.

Location & Schedule

Location: New York, NY (onsite). Schedule: Monday–Wednesday in office.
