Pull Public Relations, a dynamic full-service creative PR agency in Los Angeles, is seeking a VIP and Influencer Manager to join our growing team. We’re looking for someone with 1-2 years of experience in managing VIP and influencer PR campaigns for primarily fashion brands. The ideal candidate is energetic, a go-getter, with a passion for fashion and a keen eye for trends.

This role offers a chance to contribute creativity and a unique perspective to a diverse client roster, ranging from startups to multi-million-dollar brands. As a young agency, the right candidate will have the opportunity to grow with us and help shape Pull Public Relations from the ground up.

Responsibilities

  • Lead VIP and influencer engagement for fashion brands, ensuring client KPIs are met each month.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key celebrity publicists, assistants, managers, VIPs, influencers, and stylists on behalf of Pull Public Relations and brands.
  • Manage and update VIP, stylist, and influencer master documents, ensuring accuracy of contact information and key details.
  • Oversee showroom inventory, ensuring stock is current and orders are sent and received on time.
  • Manage client relationships and reporting on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis through client WIPs, calls, and monthly reports.
  • Monitor social media and press for product placements.
  • Assist with event planning and coverage as required.
  • Stay on top of upcoming events and styling opportunities across VIP and influencer channels.
  • Coordinate with the Showroom Coordinator on sample activities and inventory.
  • Oversee Showroom Coordinator’s duties, as well as the intern team.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience managing VIP and influencer projects in the fashion and beauty industries.
  • Existing database of VIPs and influencers, with the ability to identify those who align with different client aesthetics.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
  • Positive, can-do attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for pop culture, celebrities, and influencers.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous internship or work experience in public relations or marketing, with a focus on fashion or beauty, is highly preferred.
