Social & Influencer Marketing Associate (External Staffing Agency)
The NFL is seeking a bilingual (Spanish / English) Video Editor to support Social & Influencer Marketing initiatives. This role focuses on creating social video content, with emphasis on NFL Latino markets, and requires a creative storyteller with experience in social video and the Adobe Creative Suite.
Location & Work Type
Onsite in New York, NY; we will consider candidates to work onsite in Inglewood, CA. This is a contract role through an external staffing agency.
Responsibilities
- Pitch and create video content optimized for social platforms
- Embrace new and innovative storytelling approaches across NFL social channels
- Identify opportunities to create fresh content using trends and tools
- Ensure logical sequencing by organizing and trimming footage segments
- Stay up to date with industry standards and best practices
- Manage critical deadlines and short turnarounds in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications
- Fluency in Spanish and English (basic Portuguese a plus)
- 2–4 years of proven editing experience for social/digital platforms (sports editing preferred but not required)
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Media Encoder)
- Strong audio and music editing skills
- Thorough knowledge of the NFL, events, and related storylines
- Meticulous attention to detail and resourcefulness
- Working knowledge of video/audio encoding, standards, and formats
- Familiarity with special effects, 3D, and compositing a plus
Other Key Attributes
- Ability to work non-traditional hours, including nights and weekends
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred in film studies, cinematography, or related fields
Salary / Hours
Salary: $40—$42 USD hourly
Terms / Hours: Nights and Weekends, especially during the NFL season. In-person work at NFL offices is required; remote/hybrid options are not offered. No relocation assistance provided.
