Sarah Hall Productions (SHP), an award-winning boutique PR & Social Media agency celebrating its 31st anniversary, is seeking a dynamic Social Media Coordinator to join our growing team. SHP specializes in lifestyle and entertainment accounts and represents clients across wellness, fashion, fitness, food, plus authors, doctors, athletes, and more.

This role is ideal for someone who is creative, well-versed in pop culture, and excels in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

About SHP

Located in Tribeca, SHP has an open-floor, highly collaborative office culture. We’re a close-knit, creative team that values wellbeing, curiosity, and shared ideas. Our environment is supportive, fast-paced, and built around genuine connection—everyone contributes, and everyone has a voice.

The Social Media Coordinator will work closely with the Director of Social Media and play a key role in growing audiences, creating content with personality, and fostering meaningful engagement.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and engage influencers, collaborators, and brand advocates
  • Grow and nurture online communities through comments, DMs, and partnerships
  • Edit short-form video content for Reels, TikTok, and other channels
  • Stay current on social trends, audio, design, and platform updates
  • Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple clients
  • Track performance metrics and optimize campaigns for impact
  • Create and manage engaging content across platforms

What We're Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in social media strategy and management
  • Active understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone across brands
  • Someone who naturally builds community—not just followers
  • Creative thinker with an eye for storytelling, aesthetics, and engagement
  • Experience with graphic design and video editing

Requirements

  • You must currently live in NYC and be available to work in the office five days a week (Please do not apply if you haven’t moved to NYC yet).
  • Desire to grow long-term with the agency and develop strong client relationships
  • Interest in lifestyle, pop culture, wellness, and entertainment
  • This is a full-time, in-office role (Monday–Friday) in NYC
  • Active personal social media presence

Compensation

$55,000 (commensurate with experience)

If you're passionate about social media, storytelling, building communities around meaningful brands, and having fun at the office, we’d love to hear from you.
