Base pay range

$17.00/hr - $35.00/hr

Location and travel

Location: Arizona (Travel Required). This is an on-going events-based position that requires regular weekend travel in the following areas: Arizona, Nevada, California and beyond. Travel expenses are covered. Represent PhotoMules professionally.

The Role – What You’ll Be Doing

This position is events-based on weekends and is fast-paced. Your work will be a mix between photography and sales, focusing on maximizing sales at sports tournaments while assisting with photography duties. This is a great opportunity for both experienced and novice photographers or sales/customer service professionals with an interest in photography.

Responsibilities

• Photography & Event Support: Assist with team and individual photos before games; capture sample images to drive interest and boost sales; help with event setup & breakdown, ensuring a smooth operation. Equipment is provided.
• Sales & Customer Engagement: Actively sell our photography products to parents and athletes at youth sports events; demonstrate product value and create urgency to drive sales; upsell and close deals using proven sales techniques; build relationships with customers to increase conversions.
• Travel & Team Collaboration: Travel notice and regular weekend travel; travel expenses covered; work closely with the team to maximize revenue and provide an exceptional customer experience.
