Develop and execute marketing plans to support business goals and brand growth.

• Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including social media, SEO, SEM, and email campaigns.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer insights to drive data-based strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Product, Operations) to implement marketing initiatives.
• Plan and execute brand events, trade shows, and promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility.
• Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure positive ROI.
• Generate regular marketing reports, evaluate performance, and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 2–5+ years of experience in marketing or digital marketing; FMCG or multinational experience is a plus.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot, etc.).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
• Results-driven with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
