The COO will play a pivotal role in crafting and enhancing the Supply Chain strategy, overseeing Purchasing and Production, and ensuring smooth Distribution and Logistics processes. This leader will also champion digital transformation through innovative technological solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Establishing and enforcing Quality policies.
• Integrating Sustainability initiatives across the organization.
• Ensuring compliance with regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess:

• Over 10 years of leadership experience in fashion, retail, or consumer sectors with an international scope.
• A profound understanding of global supply chains, omnichannel logistics, and hybrid distribution models.
• Strong analytical and results-oriented skills.
• Strategic focus and exceptional leadership capabilities.
• Proficiency in English (C1/C2), with fluency in additional languages being a plus.
