A fast-growing performance-driven marketing partner is seeking a hands-on Marketing Automation Manager to lead and scale their SMS and Email lifecycle programs. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role for someone who can think strategically while executing technically leveraging no-code/low-code tools to drive measurable revenue, engagement, and retention outcomes.
You’ll be the channel owner for SMS and Email, managing everything from strategy and segmentation to automation flows and compliance. If you thrive at the intersection of performance marketing, technical systems, and lifecycle automation this role is for you.

Job Details
3–5 years of hands-on experience in lifecycle, automation, or performance marketing
Strong understanding of SMS and Email campaign mechanics, especially in lead generation or consumer funnels
Comfortable working with marketing platforms like Klaviyo, Postscript, Twilio, Braze, Iterable, or similar
Familiarity with tools like n8n, Segment, Xano, Zapier, or other low-code workflow tools
Data-literate: can pull insights from large datasets (Excel, SQL, Looker, etc.)
Working knowledge of compliance standards (TCPA, FCC, CAN-SPAM)
Bonus Points For:
Experience in high-volume performance marketing or affiliate flows
Ownership of revenue-based KPIs like ROI, EPR, or lead value
Familiarity with ETL pipelines, CDPs, or event-based architecture
