We are seeking a seasoned Consulting Administrative Assistant with a strong background. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in the field, with a proven track record of managing complex administrative tasks, coordinating travel, filling expense reports, filing, data entry, and marketing. This position requires an individual who is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide high-level administrative support to the consulting team, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow. 2. Coordinate travel arrangements for team members, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation. 3. Prepare and fill expense reports in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring all expenditures are properly accounted for and documented. 4. Maintain an organized filing system for all relevant documents, making sure they are easily accessible for the team. 5. Perform data entry tasks, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. 6. Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the consulting services of the company. 7. Act as a liaison between the consulting team and clients, providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive relationships. 8. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for consultants. 9. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as required. 10. Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant. 2. Proven experience in travel coordination, expense report filing, data entry, and marketing. 3. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. 6. High level of accuracy and attention to detail. 7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 8. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure. 9. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field is preferred. 10. Professional certification as an Administrative Professional (CAP) or Certified Executive Administrative Professional (CEAP) is a plus.
