About this job Motorq is at a pivotal stage of growth — expanding our footprint with the world’s largest fleets, scaling account-based programs, and strengthening relationships with customers. Events and field marketing are central to this strategy, creating experiences that build trust, accelerate deals, and turn customers into advocates. We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Events and Field Marketing to lead high-impact, enterprise-focused field programs, take ownership of a critical growth function, and scale programs that deliver measurable impact on pipeline and revenue. This is an individual contributor role with a hybrid schedule requiring two days per week in our San Francisco office, plus travel for events. Role and Responsibilities You will: Develop and execute multi-channel field marketing campaigns, integrating events, webinars, email, digital, and content to engage target enterprise accounts. Plan and run field events including annual Motorq summit, trade shows, customer events, and VIP dinners, from strategy to logistics. Manage third-party event sponsorships and partner events to maximize visibility, lead generation, and ROI. Collaborate closely with Sales to align programs to pipeline goals and co-develop strategies to prioritize target accounts and accelerate deals. Lead account-based marketing initiatives tailored to strategic opportunities and buying groups. Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver integrated, on-brand campaigns. Own field marketing budget and analyze program effectiveness using KPIs including pipeline, engagement, and ROI. Qualifications

6+ years in B2B SaaS marketing with proven success in field marketing, demand generation, and enterprise account-based marketing (ABM) campaigns. Track record of executing high-impact field programs that generate measurable pipeline in high-growth environments. Deep experience planning and managing events (owned and sponsored) with full accountability for logistics, content, and performance. Strong project management skills, including vendor negotiation, budget control, and cross-team coordination. Familiarity with AI-powered marketing and productivity tools (e.g., generative AI for content, AI-driven analytics or ABM platforms) and ability to apply them to improve efficiency and scale field marketing programs. Proficient with Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, and virtual event tools; ABM platform experience a plus. Highly collaborative, data-driven, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment. Creative marketer who enjoys solving problems and experimenting with new formats. Strong communicator with an eye for detail and a passion for engaging enterprise audiences. Willingness to travel for field events and sales alignment.
