Location/TimeZone (On-site/hybrid): 4024 Radford Ave Studio City, CA is preferred, however will consider candidates available for 555 57th Street, NYC, onsite 5 days/week
Hours: 9am to 6pm working LA or NYC hours

Main 3-5 responsibilities of this resource
This is pivotal in supporting all soccer-related properties - including UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, UEFA Conference League, Serie A, NWSL, EFL, Carabao Cup, and more - as well as other core brand initiatives. Reporting directly to the VP of Brand Creative, this role will help bring our storytelling to life across platforms, ensuring seamless execution and creative excellence in every deliverable.
They will be the operational arm for the brand creative team, they will be making sure that requests are streamlined, designers have what they need, information is accurate, interfacing with marketing team to clarify details, ensure style guides are created and distributed correctly. This role is primarily focused on Soccer. Attention to details is important, experience with working with design teams and able to quality control the assets, this requires strategic thinking and an agency design background is helpful. Proficiency in Office suite is required, Air Table is used for project management (can be trained), Lyric is a nice to have, background with production linear workflow.

What are the TOP Critical Skills or Must Haves skills a candidate should have on their resume in order to be considered?
• BA/ BS in Business, Marketing, Production or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in creative production, preferably in sports or entertainment.
• Strong understanding of soccer culture and global soccer properties.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Experience working with creative teams, editors, designers, and producers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Lyric, AirTable, Frame.io, and Slack.
• Familiarity with broadcast and digital production workflows.
• Passion for storytelling and brand building.

Nice to Have:

The Campaign Manager - Soccer will join a dynamic marketing team that drives fan engagement across broadcast, digital, and social platforms. This role sits at the intersection of creative strategy, production, and cross-functional collaboration, supporting high-impact campaigns that elevate the CBS Sports soccer portfolio.
Role Overview
CBS Sports is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Creative Production Manager to join our Brand Creative team. This is pivotal in supporting all soccer-related properties - including UEFA Champions League, UEFA Europa League, UEFA Conference League, Serie A, NWSL, EFL, Carabao Cup, and more - as well as other core brand initiatives. Reporting directly to the VP of Brand Creative, this role will help bring our storytelling to life across platforms, ensuring seamless execution and creative excellence in every deliverable.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end production workflows for soccer and core property creative requests.
• Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, creative content, and digital to ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Support the Brand Creative team by serving as the primary liaison between the team and all internal and external stakeholders including vendors/agencies for soccer-related content. Handling all internal/external communication, inputting and maintaining Airtable requests, setting internal/external meetings to review creative.
• Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables using project management tools.
• Ensure brand consistency and creative quality across all executions.
• Champion CBS Sports' creative voice and visual identity in all soccer-related campaigns.
Brand Creative Development
• Coordinate with stakeholders to aggregate toolkit due dates for each league in addition to all relevant assets/materials across all leagues.
• Create and shepherd team through comprehensive production schedule from ideation/development to Digital Master Canvas (DMC) and motion toolkit creation, scripting, and Lyric builds
o Work with Artist and Lyric team to ensure all layouts throughout the season adhere to established look
• Support Art Director and Artists by QCing logos/messaging/note implementation, pulling player images, devising action plans for last-minute player injuries, managing artist workload and knowing when to suggest internal/external schedule changes
• Coordinate all player image treatments with Art Director and finishing artist
• Ensure new Airtable/Lucid workflows are being adhered to
A/V Versioning
• QC and assign all Airtable requests to artists
• Ensure artists have necessary assets across each league
• Work closely with Producers on all drop-in and promo requests to ensure creative asks are fulfilled
• Liaise with CBS Entertainment for periodic snipe development
Qualifications
