Job title: Build-Design Estimator
Location: On-site in Wadsworth, OH
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Salary: $50,000 - $80,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities (Design-Build Estimator):

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates from conceptual design through to final construction documents
• Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure budgets align with the design intent

• Clearly communicate estimates to both internal teams and clients
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of estimating tools, systems, and processes

Qualifications (Design-Build Estimator):

• Proven experience in residential construction estimating, particularly within a design-build environment
• Proficiency with industry-standard estimating software such as Sage Estimating, Buildertrend, CoConstruct, or similar
• Strong professional communication skills, both verbal and written
