Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Media Buyer with proven experience planning and executing brand campaigns across digital and traditional channels. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, creative, and strategic, with a deep understanding of how media drives brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage in-house multi-million dollar annual media budgets across various channels, including digital (mainly paid social), TV/OTT, radio, print, and out-of-home (OOH).
  • Collaborate with brand and creative teams to align media strategies with campaign objectives and messaging.
  • Develop comprehensive media plans that maximize reach, frequency, and brand impact within budget constraints.
  • Conduct market and audience research to identify optimal media placements for brand awareness and audience engagement.
  • Monitor, optimize, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, DSPs, Nielsen, etc.).
  • Manage relationships with media vendors, platforms, and publishers.
  • Stay current on media trends, emerging platforms, and consumer behavior to inform buying strategies.
  • Prepare post-campaign performance reports and provide insights and recommendations for future campaigns.

Requirements:

  • 2–5+ years of experience as a Media Buyer, ideally in a brand-focused environment or an agency.
  • Demonstrated experience planning and executing brand campaigns.
  • Proficient with media buying platforms and tools, especially familiarity with brand lift studies or awareness tracking tools.
  • Strong understanding of media metrics (CPM, GRPs, impressions, reach, etc.) and brand marketing KPIs.
  • Superior analytical skills.
  • Strong communication skills and deck preparation.
  • Desire to learn direct response marketing.
  • Enthusiastic about hands-on platform management.
  • Ability to thrive and wear many hats in a fast-paced, evolving organization.
  • Flexibility in learning and managing direct response digital campaigns, in addition to brand campaigns.
  • Willingness to manage the ad creative feedback loop with creative teams, including testing creatives and new formats, identifying creative elements driving performance, and communicating insights to stakeholders.
