Hospitality Multi-Media is an Audio Video Integration company based out of West Palm Beach, Florida. The company specializes in providing top-notch audio-visual solutions for various events and permanent installations. We work in all commercial buildings—private resorts, clubhouses, hotels, theaters, restaurants, sports arenas, gyms, etc.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Audio Visual Technician located in various locations across Florida—primarily West Palm Beach, Boca Raton, Port St. Lucie, Naples, and the Tampa corridor. The Audio Visual Technician will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining AV equipment. This includes troubleshooting technical issues, configuring audio and video systems for video conferencing, managing lighting and projectors, and ensuring all AV systems function smoothly during events or for permanent installations.

Qualifications

• Experience with Audio Visual (AV) systems and troubleshooting
• Florida Building Code – Low Voltage knowledge a plus
• Knowledge of video conferencing and configuration
• Skills in managing lighting and projectors
• Strong problem-solving and technical skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work flexible hours and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are a plus
• Physical role requiring lifting up to 50 lbs, ability to use precision tools (cutting, crimping, screw driving, sawing), pushing/pulling heavy boxes and carts, cabling. Tools provided if necessary
• Steel-toe shoes and hand/eye protection required (shirts provided)
• Balance, vision, and dexterity are required
• Valid driver’s license and right to work in Florida

Additional Information

• Report to the warehouse in West Palm Beach for equipment pickup (early morning)
• Paid travel to job sites, with driver in company vehicles or your own for smaller local jobs
• Many ongoing installs at new construction sites awaiting completion
• Work is Monday through Friday, full-time. Weekends and holidays off. Flexible for personal days
• Compensation based on character and skillset, and ability to work independently
