They will also be responsible for creating content and overseeing digital representation across social media platforms. This position will be working in-person with a collaborative creative team. Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years proven experience in video editing with a documentary style.
- Bachelor’s degree (a combination of experience may be considered in place of degree).
- Strong proficiency Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Canva, or similar.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Power Point.
- Hands-on experience with professional camera equipment, lighting, and audio recording.
- Strong portfolio showcasing video projects, and graphic design work.
- Experience with social media platforms, and engagement strategies.
- Excellent organizations, collaboration, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Effective communication skills.
- Adaptability and able to make quick transitions.
- Ability to problem solve and overcome obstacles.
- Positive attitude and motivated by challenges.

- Video Production & Editing
- Edit original footage into a documentary-style video.
- Assemble raw footage into polished videos
- Manage the full post-production process.
- Create monthly video reports, archiving all footage and edits.
- Post-production duties include but not limited to, importing footage, organizing media, making selects, audio syncing and editing, basic color grading, submitting sequences to Director/Producers for approval and refining until project is complete.
- Filmography/Photography
- Capture professional-quality photos, videos, and audios for interviews, events, and foundation related projects.
- Operate and maintain video, lighting, and sound equipment in both studio and field settings.
- Graphic Design
- Visual assets including graphics, posters, maps, infographics, thumbnails.
- Edit and retouch photos for use in marketing, social media, and Hotes Foundation materials.
- Ensure consistency in color, tone, and style across all visual content.
- Ensure all visual elements align with foundation branding and objectives.
- Social Media & Content Creator
- Fluency in social media platforms and strong awareness of the latest trends.
- Adapt and optimize content for multiple social media platforms.
- Create platform-specific deliverables to increase audience engagement and reach.
- Create content for use across all Hotes Foundation’s social media platforms.
- Experience developing compelling social media campaigns and effective content strategies.
- Expertise in social media management with knowledge of how to leverage social media platforms to achieve organizations goals.
