Managing Editor - Needle Mover Wanted

Paradigm Press Group, a leading independent publisher of investment research, is seeking a Managing Editor to ensure our world-class financial content is delivered with clarity, consistency, and impact. This is not just a writing role; you will own the process from beginning to end and collaborate with analysts, copywriters, and marketers to identify and capitalize on opportunities for our audience.

Base pay range: $75,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• Owning the editorial calendar for multiple newsletters and paid products.
• Editing analyst and writer submissions for clarity, style, and accuracy as market moves.
• Enforcing deadlines, coordinating stakeholders, and managing workflow from draft to publication to readers.
• Tracking product performance and ensuring content aligns with business and reader goals.
• Continuously improving processes, materials, and reader-facing communications.

Location and requirements

Hybrid office model with remote work flexibility; on-site in Hunt Valley, MD. A Bachelor's degree is required.
