Overview

Sony Photography Sales Specialist - Full-Time role at ActionLink. This role represents Sony in-store, promoting premium digital imaging products and accessories and providing expert guidance to customers.

Base pay range

$18.00/hr - $20.00/hr

Schedule & Location

37.5 hours per week; Thursdays through Mondays: 11:00am - 7:00pm. Will work alternating shifts between 3 Best Buy locations:
9378 N Central Expy, Dallas, TX 75231
3333 Preston Rd Suite 200, Frisco, TX 75034
1515 W State Hwy 114, Grapevine, TX 76051

Duties

• Provide engaging customer interactions through effective engagement strategies, product demos, and expert recommendations on digital imaging products and accessories
• Proactively overcome customer objections to close sales, ring up purchases, and achieve weekly sales goals
• Build rapport with customers inside Best Buy stores and collaborate to deliver world-class customer service
• Complete same-day online survey using our App to ensure you get paid

Qualifications

• Previous sales or relevant customer support experience
• Outgoing and enthusiastic attitude
• Knowledge of digital imaging terminology (e.g., DSLR, mirrorless, file format, focal length, etc.)
• Access to reliable transportation to commute to local Best Buy store
• Available to work Thursdays through Sundays
• Access to a smart device for reporting
