Overview

The main function of the User Experience Designer is to work with project teams to design and deliver high quality client-centered, effective, consistent and usable interfaces.

Responsibilities

  • Use design processes (e.g., wireframes, prototypes, personas, user research, journey maps, skills etc.) and tools, along with design presentation skills, to take digital solutions from concept to market in collaboration with stakeholders and team members. (70%)
  • Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for user needs, while considering business goals and technical constraints. (15%)
  • Contribute to the design and definition of features, along with user research needs, to enable project or product delivery to drive outcomes and ensure high quality of design deliverables that adhere to our standards. (15%)

Technical Skills

  • FIGMA is a MUST!
  • Use design processes (e.g., wireframes, prototypes, personas, user research, journey maps, skills etc.) and tools, along with design presentation skills, to take digital solutions from concept to market in collaboration with stakeholders and team members.
  • Represent the voice of the customer and advocate for user needs, while considering business goals and technical constraints.
  • Contribute to the design and definition of features, along with user research needs, to enable project or product delivery to drive outcomes and ensure high quality of design deliverables that adhere to our standards.
  • Heavy data density applications is required.
  • Anyone works with telematics is good!
  • Internal tools used in real estate works well.
