Job Description

Title: UX Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design of intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly interfaces for agency staff and citizens.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and accessibility reviews.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and design prototypes in collaboration with product owners.
• Collaborate with developers to translate designs into working solutions.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in UX/UI design for enterprise or government systems.
• Proficiency with design/prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch).
• Strong background in accessibility and responsive design.
• Portfolio demonstrating UX design for complex workflows.
