## Job Description# UX Researcher* Synthesize research findings into clear, concise deliverables, including user personas, journey maps, empathy maps, and other user experience artifacts.* Present research findings to stakeholders in a compelling and understandable manner, highlighting key insights and recommendations.* Work closely with cross-functional teams, including experience architects, designers, product managers, developers, and marketing teams, to integrate user insights into the product development lifecycle.* Advocate for user-centered design principles within the organization.* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Sociology, Data Science, Human Factors, or a related field.* Proven experience (3+ years) in user research and data analysis, preferably within a similar industry.* Proficiency in research tools and software such as SPSS, SAS, R, Python, NVivo, Excel, or similar.* Strong understanding of various research methodologies and their application.* Excellent analytical and statistical skills, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable insights.* Effective communication and presentation skills, capable of articulating complex information to diverse audiences.* Experience in creating user personas, journey maps, empathy maps, and other UX deliverables.* Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.* Experience in the energy or clean technology sector is a plus.* Familiarity with Figma.* Certification in UX Research or Data Analysis. #J-18808-Ljbffr
