The Varsity Tutors Live Learning Platform has thousands of students looking for online Web Design tutors nationally. As a tutor on the Varsity Tutors Platform, you’ll have the flexibility to set your own schedule, earn competitive rates, and make a real impact on students’ learning journeys—all from the comfort of your home.

Overview

The Varsity Tutors platform connects tutors with students for one-on-one online instruction. You can tutor remotely using our Live Learning Platform, set your own hours, and receive payments on a regular schedule.

Responsibilities

• 1-on-1 Online Tutoring — Provide personalized instruction to individual students.
• Instant Tutoring — Accept on-demand tutoring requests when you’re available.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style.
• Expertise in Web Design and the ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles.
• Priority given to those with tutoring experience, teaching experience, and graduate-level education.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base contract rates start at $18/hour and increase for specialized subjects. You can earn up to $40/hour with the same student over time.
• Get paid up to twice per week for tutoring sessions invoiced.
• Set your own hours and tutor as much as you’d like.
• Tutor remotely using our Live Learning Platform—no commuting required.
• We handle logistics—you just invoice for sessions and we take care of payments.
