Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 online tutoring to individual students.
• Accept on-demand tutoring requests (Instant Tutoring) when you’re available.
• Tutor remotely using the Live Learning Platform; no commuting required.
• Get matched with students aligned to your teaching style and expertise.

What We Look For In a Tutor

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style.
• Expertise in Expository Writing and the ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles.
• Priority given to those with tutoring or teaching experience, and graduate-level education.

Compensation and Perks

• Base contract rates start at $18/hour and may increase for specialized subjects; pay can rise with the same student up to $40/hour.
• Get paid up to twice per week for tutoring sessions conducted and invoiced.
• Set your own hours and tutor as much as you’d like.
• Remote tutoring on the purpose-built platform with no commuting.
• AI-powered Tutor Copilot provides real-time instructional support, lesson generation, and engagement features to save prep time.
• We handle logistics—you invoice for sessions and we manage payments.
