Overview

Join our platform and help students achieve their learning goals through 1-on-1 online tutoring. Our AI-powered Tutor Copilot provides real-time instructional support, lesson generation, and engagement features to help you save prep time and focus on teaching.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 online tutoring to individual students, delivering personalized instruction.
• Accept on-demand tutoring requests when available and respond to student needs promptly.
• Utilize the Live Learning Platform to conduct sessions remotely (no commuting required).
• Prepare and tailor lessons to match each student’s learning style and goals.
• Invoice for tutoring sessions and manage payments as part of the onboarding process.

What We Look For In a Tutor

• Strong communication skills and a friendly, engaging teaching style.
• Expertise in PSAT Writing Skills with the ability to explain concepts clearly.
• Ability to personalize lessons and adapt to different learning styles.
• Preference for candidates with tutoring or teaching experience and/or graduate-level education.

Compensation and Benefits

• Base contract rates start at $18/hour and increase for specialized subjects, with potential to reach up to $40/hour for long-term student commitments.
• Paid up to twice per week for tutoring sessions conducted and invoiced.
• Set your own hours and tutor as much as you’d like.
