The Full Motion Video (FMV) Analyst positions at The Bison Group provide employees with hands-on FMV training for all intelligence disciplines, advanced skills certification, and rapid job promotion into instructor, subject matter expert, and management positions. Our team takes pride in supporting the critical missions that protect the nation, our freedom, and our families--the things that really matter. The Role:
Learn FMV tradecraft through a unique three-week formal training course, followed by a robust on-the-job training program which provides candidates who may be new to motion GEOINT specialized instruction in FMV tradecraft, exploitation tools, and specific cultural familiarization
Produce imagery-derived graphic products and reports and publish for distribution Required Education, Experience, & Skills:
5 years intelligence analysis experience, to include 3 years of FMV or imagery analysis experience; OR 3 years of FMV or imagery analysis experience AND an associate/bachelor’s degree in a related field
Formal Intelligence school course (typically 2+ months in duration, full time, resulting in an Intelligence MOS from the military (e.g. All-Source, IMINT, SIGINT, HUMINT, etc.))
Must be capable of working a rotating shift schedule, to include nights, weekends, and holidays
During high-tempo operations, maintain situational awareness and relay intelligence in real time
Demonstrated ability to prioritize and solve routine tasks
Excellent working knowledge of MS Office, including MS Word, MS Excel, and Power Point
Able to prepare and present briefings with creation/use of visual displays
Excellent analytical, writing, and critical thinking skills
Type 32 words per minute without looking at the keyboard at 90% accuracy
Familiarity with FMV operations and the TCPED process
Candidates must accurately discern red, green, blue, and yellow colors on a video screen
Must successfully complete the customer FMV training course or have do so in the last year
Must attain FMV analyst qualifications and maintain required minimum skill level in each Required Education, Experience, & Skills

Practical experience using MAAS, NES, RemoteView, SOCET GXP, ArcGIS, IEC
Background in counterterrorism analysis
Previous experience with FMV operations and the TCPED process
Previous FMV Instructor duty or training assignments
GPC Program certifications
Experience exploiting video footage and has a basic understanding of sensor capabilities
Experience exploiting NTM with a basic understanding of imagery products
Experience building target packets or similar intelligence products
