As an Interior Design and Flooring Consultant, you will coordinate and sell a variety of floor coverings, including carpet, area rugs, hardwood, vinyl, laminate, and ceramic tile. Our dedicated consultants are committed to delivering exceptional customer service to retail customers, designers, builders, property management, and contractors. Key Responsibilities: Warmly greet clients on the sales floor and guide them to the most suitable products and services. Prepare scaled diagrams and accurately estimate the cost and quantity of materials needed, referencing clients' floor plans or descriptions. Manage the complete sales process, from estimating and closing the sale to placing orders, and providing follow-up support to ensure client satisfaction.
