Marketing Cloud Administrator
who can bring expertise, creativity, and problem-solving skills to their growing team. This is an exciting
contract-to-hire
opportunity with room to make a real impact.
Location:
Hybrid - Basking Ridge, NJ (on-site at least 1 day/week)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Pay:
$40-44/hr

What You'll Do: Own and manage Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including user roles, access, and permissions. Configure and optimize modules like Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, and Audience Builder. Build and manage data extensions, lists, and segmentation to power effective campaigns. Partner with marketing teams to launch impactful email campaigns, automations, and multi-channel journeys. Monitor campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and deliver insights through reporting and analytics. Collaborate across IT, CRM, and marketing teams to ensure seamless integrations and data syncs. Keep everything running smoothly by maintaining documentation, processes, and system updates. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or related field - or equivalent hands-on experience. Solid experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (or similar automation platforms). Strong grasp of email marketing best practices, personalization, and automation. Familiarity with SQL, AMPscript, and managing Marketing Cloud data. A problem-solver with great organizational and communication skills. Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced, team-focused environment Nice to Have:
Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (Email Specialist, Administrator, Consultant). Experience with APIs, integrations, or Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud. HTML/CSS skills for designing polished emails and landing pages.
