About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Director of Programmatic Advertising Sales to lead the strategy and execution of our programmatic business. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional to shape the future of advertising by focusing on Programmatic Guaranteed, Private Marketplace, Local, and Open Exchange. As a key executive, you will drive direct and indirect programmatic revenue, manage a skilled team of programmatic account managers, and establish strategic partnerships to enhance programmatic offerings.
Key responsibilities include:
- Driving programmatic revenue growth.
- Managing executive-level relationships effectively.
- Overseeing campaign execution with precision.
- Contributing to the company's advertising technology and data strategy.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree, with an MBA or advanced degree preferred, and bring at least 15 years of experience in digital advertising, including a minimum of 10 years in a leadership capacity. You should demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, be highly influential across various functions, and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Additionally, we are looking for a thought leader in the industry who can represent the company at key events and conferences.
