As Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist for Global Shared Services (GSS), you will delight our customers by ensuring the quality of campaigns delivered. Your mission will be to monitor and inspect campaigns processes ensuring they meet established quality standards and compliance. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the business, proactively upholding the quality bar.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, with a proven track record of developing, implementing and maintaining the quality assurance processes and standards across the digital asset space. You are a strong communicator and can influence your peers, building relationships with stakeholders and GSS internal teams. You will be experienced in a QA role, preferably in the marketing or the creative industry. You have high ownership to deliver. You are a problem solver; you understand the issue and provide solutions.
Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive QA strategies for end-to-end campaign management.
Lead and oversee quality control programs for both asset creation and campaign execution.
Execute a quality audit process to ensure internal quality and monitor the different control for improvement.
Establish and monitor quality metrics, KPIs, and success criteria for digital campaigns.
Design and implement quality gates throughout the launch lifecycle.
Manage and coordinate QA team efforts across multiple campaigns and initiatives.
Create, develop and maintain standard operating procedures for quality assurance processes.
Lead root cause analysis for complex quality issues and implement corrective actions.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on quality metrics and feedback.
Handle P3/P4 escalations based on quality metrics and feedback.
Collaborate with stakeholders to align quality standards with business objectives.
Mentor team members and promote quality-first culture across the organization.
Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience with 2+ years of QA experience, including at least 1 year in a program management role.
Experience with quality management systems and methodologies and project management tools.
Six Sigma certification or similar quality management credentials.
Preferred Qualifications Bachelor’s or higher degrees in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Advertising, Digital media (computer science) or equivalent proven experience.
PMP or similar project management certification.
2+ years experience in digital advertising or marketing operations.
Experience with marketing automation platforms and tools.
Familiarity with digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Social Media platforms).
Experience in entertainment or streaming industry.
Background in data analytics and reporting, A/B testing and performance optimization.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance in digital advertising.
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams.
Understanding of digital asset management systems and workflows.
Analytical and problem-solving skills.
