This is an excellent opportunity to join our growing team in a newly created role as Client Relations & Marketing Manager. You will serve as the primary architect of community relationships, brand awareness initiatives, and client experience enhancements. The role combines strategic marketing oversight with hands-on client relationship management to attract and delight clients while representing our firms values.
You will be responsible for creating memorable experiences for current clients and prospects through events, educational webinars, and personalized touchpoints to clients, Centers of Influence (COIs), and prospective clients. Working closely with our financial planning team, you will research prospects, craft personalized client gifts, and ensure every interaction reflects the exceptional service standards that define Market Street Wealth Management Advisors.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract qualified prospects.
- Serve as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistent messaging and presentation of "The Market Street Way" in all external interactions.
- Create and maintain marketing materials, presentations, and digital content that reflect our firms expertise and values.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics, present findings to our Leadership Team, and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Maintain and update firm website content and social media presence.
- Coordinate marketing communications, including newsletters, announcements, and promotional materials.
- Support business development efforts through collateral creation and presentation preparation.
- Leverage artificial intelligence tools to assist in creative content creation, with accuracy checks.
- Identify and pursue strategic partnership opportunities that align with client demographics and business goals.
- Cultivate relationships with outside vendors and COIs that add value to clients and the team.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute client appreciation events to strengthen relationships and demonstrate service commitment.
- Develop and manage a calendar of prospect events to introduce potential clients to our services and team.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, catering, entertainment, and follow-up communications.
- Source promotional swag for event sponsorships and prize baskets.
- Ensure events reflect the firms culture, values, and professional standards.
- Oversee the client experience journey from initial prospect contact through onboarding.
- Develop and implement systems to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery, client communication protocols, and touch-point schedules.
- Work with advisors to identify opportunities for enhancing client satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct comprehensive research on prospective clients to provide advisors with valuable insights for initial meetings.
- Maintain prospect database and tracking systems within our CRM.
- Develop prospect communication materials that resonate with ideal clients.
- Research and coordinate personalized gifts that reflect client interests and preferences.
- Manage gift inventory, budget, and distribution processes.
- Develop client recognition programs that celebrate milestones and strengthen relationships.
- Ensure all client gifts and recognition efforts align with compliance requirements.
- Establish and maintain an appropriate cadence for client educational webinars and coordinate with advisors to develop relevant content.
- Manage webinar logistics, including platform management, registration, and follow-up.
- Craft presentation material for advisors including branded slide decks and client-facing handouts.
Qualifications
An ideal candidate would possess the following qualifications:
- Education & Experience
- Bachelors degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with marketing, preferably in a professional services industry.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience with CRM software and marketing automation platforms.
- Knowledge of digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
- Familiarity with webinar platforms and virtual event management.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with professional presentation.
- Creative problem-solving skills with strategic thinking about client experience and content creation.
- Understanding of fiduciary responsibility and client confidentiality requirements.
