Analyst, Audience Advancement
The Data and Measurement Science Department drives revenue for Disney Advertising by enabling automated solutions, providing data-driven insights, and creating strategic data solutions. The Audience Advancement group specializes in measurement expansion, identifying opportunities to grow measurement, and exploring audience measurement.
The Analyst, Audience Advancement will use knowledge of media math and analytical skills to tell success stories of Disney’s performance through cross-platform properties and advanced ad solutions.
Responsibilities and Duties of the Role:
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of a client’s media strategy and drive the process from consultation to presentation of a media plan optimization analysis.
- Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to create marketing collateral and provide research to support cross-platform advertising opportunities.
- Help package media optimization case studies and measurement benchmarks for prospecting efforts.
- Ideate and iterate on workflow, process, and go-to-market materials showcasing Disney’s measurement capabilities.
Required Education, Experience/Skills/Training:
- 2+ years of media experience
- Experience at a fast-paced web publisher, media agency, or TV Network preferred
- Familiarity with media measurement tools, including Nielsen Media Impact Planning and VideoAmp
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Understanding of media planning and media math
- Knowledge of the media landscape and digital media landscape
- Excellent communication and writing skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Marketing
- Experience working in ad sales or media research
The hiring range for this position in New York, NY is $75,500 to $101,200 per year. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package.
