Coordinator of Enrollment Communication Center

Join the team at Tallahassee State College as the Coordinator of Enrollment Communication Center. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations and supervision of staff within the Enrollment Communication Center.

The coordinator ensures a high-quality student and family experience by managing the resolution of inquiries received through telephone, online help tickets, departmental email, live chat, and chatbot services related to enrollment functions.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinates and evaluates daily operations of the Enrollment Communication Center, ensuring consistent and timely responses to student and public inquiries.
• Hires and supervises ECC staff, setting performance expectations and coaching employees for continuous improvement.
• Implements and updates customer service policies, procedures, and strategies that enhance the student experience.
• Manages customer service functions supporting Admissions, Records, Academic Advising and Student Financial Services.
• Monitors service performance against established benchmarks, identifying opportunities for improvement in efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Provides training and professional development for Enrollment Communication Center staff to foster a culture of service excellence.
• Resolves escalated student issues and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and three (3) years professional experience in higher education, student/academic affairs, advising or closely related area.
• A Master's degree may substitute for one (1) year of the required experience.
