Creative Coordinator Job at Olive & June in Los Angeles
Olive & June, Los Angeles, CA, United States, 90079
About Olive & June: At Olive & June, we believe no one should have to go to a salon to get a perfect manicure—and we’re on a mission to make that magic happen at home. From salon-quality products to step-by-step education and joyful design, we’re here to make beauty easier and more fun. We’re a fast-growing, female-founded brand obsessed with great nails, good vibes, and raising the bar in beauty—together.
About the Role: We’re looking for a super organized, proactive, and detail-obsessed Creative Coordinator to support our Ecomm, Product, and Retail teams. You’ll be a key player in keeping our product imagery pipeline flowing—whether it’s prepping samples for a shoot, making sure our product images are up-to-date across retailers, or uploading assets into dropbox. If you love organization, live for a perfectly labeled Dropbox folder, and get excited about polish and press-ons, this one’s for you.
What You’ll Do:
- Sample Coordination:
- Help coordinate product samples with the Product team for upcoming photoshoots
- Ensure samples are clean, labeled, and ready for their close-up
- Organize samples post photoshoot
- In Person Support:
- Be on-site at select photoshoots to assist the team with sample prep, organization, and general helping-hands support
- Act as the go-to person for keeping product flowing seamlessly throughout the day
- Retail & Ecomm Image Management:
- Upload and link retail PDP (Product Detail Page) images across partner retailers
- Upload and organize ecomm PDP images into slides and Dropbox
- Ensure image files are clean, correctly labeled, and accessible
- Assist in gathering imagery and visual assets for requests, including lifestyle and PDP images
- Keep a pulse on what’s needed and when, and pull assets accordingly
- Creative Prep
- Preparing creative review materials (slides, etc.) for internal meeting sessions
You’re Perfect for This If You:
- Are ultra-organized with a love for checklists, folders, and naming conventions
- Thrive in a fast-paced, visual-first environment
- Are comfortable being on-set and love pitching in where needed
- Have a keen eye for visuals, aesthetics, and keeping things consistent
- Communicate clearly, kindly, and quickly
- Are familiar with tools like Asana, Dropbox, Google Slides, and shared folders (and know your way around a spreadsheet)
- Bonus: experience working with retail partners or in a beauty/ecomm environment
Time Commitment:
- Full time
- Some in-person work in LA required (photoshoots + product organization at office)
