Client Overview: Our client, in the agency space, is looking for a Creative Director to join their team!

Top Priorities our client is seeking:

• Fluency in AI platforms such as Sora, ChatGPT, Runway
• Ability to commute into their LA office
• Must have reading and writing fluency in either Chinese (Mandarin/Fujian) or Vietnamese.

Role Overview: This is a high-impact role for a proven creative who thrives on pushing boundaries to deliver creative innovation. You should be a self-starter with a strong creative point of view, who’s ready to step outside their comfort zone, embrace innovation, and lead multidisciplinary teams across traditional, digital, and experiential platforms.

Creative Director Responsibilities:

• Partner with senior leadership to translate high-level vision into effective, cross-platform campaigns.
• Lead, manage, and motivate the creative department while fostering a culture of collaboration, curiosity, and excellence.
• Guide concept development and oversee execution across a range of channels, ensuring work meets the highest standards of creativity and impact.
• Act as a hands-on leader, generating ideas and shaping projects from concept to delivery.
• Contribute to client presentations and help pitch and sell innovative ideas.
• Build strong client relationships, establishing trust and credibility.

Creative Director Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Extensive creative experience with a proven record of leading successful campaigns.
• A portfolio that demonstrates innovative, effective, and impactful work.
• Deep understanding of the creative process from ideation to execution.
• Experience managing and inspiring diverse, multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to navigate senior-level client relationships.
• Proficiency in emerging AI tools and technologies that support and scale creativity.
