Corporate Communications (Content Creator)

This role is for a Communications Consultant with 3+ years of experience specializing in internal communications and proficient in Adobe Creative Suite. The ideal candidate will support a department with approximately 500 employees creating effective internal messaging and high-quality visual content to enhance engagement and clarity.

Responsibilities include:

• Support the development and execution of communication strategies that align with business goals and change initiatives.
• Create clear and engaging content for various channels, including digital, print, video, and social media.
• Design and produce visual materials such as presentations, infographics, brochures, and newsletters using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent messaging and branding.
• Manage day-to-day internal communications to keep employees informed and engaged.
• Assist in maintaining corporate communication platforms and tools.
• Help analyze audience needs to tailor messages and design effectively.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and collaborate with design and content teams.
• Track communication effectiveness through feedback and metrics, adjusting as needed.
• Ensure communications follow corporate standards and regulatory guidelines.

Required skills:

• 3+ years of experience in Corporate Communications, Marketing, and Internal communications.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual design and multimedia content creation.
• Experience with execution of communication strategies, SharePoint site management, Creative asset development.
• Expertise in using Adobe Creative Suite to design visual materials.
• Experience with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
