Graphic Designer Job at Premier Table Linens in Miami

Overview Premier Table Linens is an industry leader providing logo imprinted table covers and other promotional linen products. We have grown tremendously in the past years. We have created a full-time position in our printing department for a graphic designer. The candidate hired will assist in running all phases of our printed department which offers tablecloths, table runners, tents, flags, backdrops and banners branded with logos for trade shows, conventions, promotions and retail. Hours are 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Mon-Fri, or we may offer a 40-hour, 4-day week. Our headquarters are located in Doral, near Miami International Airport. Responsibilities Graphic design and art setup for printed products and proofs Converting files and sending proofs to customers Providing excellent customer service and customer support Submitting quotes, processing payments and handling order entry Collaborating with team members to meet client needs and expectations Maintaining clear communication with the production team and managing multiple projects simultaneously Qualifications Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Illustrator (Ai) and Photoshop (Ps) Knowledge of HEX, RGB, CMYK and Pantone color codes, and how to translate between systems Good command of Gmail, Excel and Word Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills; fluent English Detail oriented and well-organized with strong electronic filing skills Ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment Ability to build and maintain outstanding relationships with clients Willingness to be trained for the graphic designer role; business experience is preferred Time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage deadlines Employment details Employment type: Full-time Seniority level: Entry level Location: Doral, FL ( Headquarters near Miami International Airport ) About the company Premier Table Linens is a leader in conventions and special events.
