You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft beautiful, inclusive, and accessible experiences across enterprise and consumer ad platforms. We need professionals with strong portfolios that reflect modern, high-quality product work -not just websites or marketing visuals. location: Redmond, Washington job type: Contract salary: $45 - 50 per hour work hours: 8am to 5pm education: Bachelors responsibilities: Design innovative user experiences for web and AI ad platforms Create UX wireframes, clickable prototypes, and high-fidelity UI using Figma Partner closely with PMs, devs, and researchers to align designs to user needs and product goals Apply Fluent Design System standards and contribute to its growth Drive end-to-end design from discovery through QA/UAT handoff qualifications: 5+ years of experience in product/UI design, especially web applications (not just web pages) Strong hands-on skills in Figma, plus Adobe Creative Suite or Sketch Portfolio must include clickable prototypes, typography/spacing/color samples, and end-to-end UX process 2+ years of UX research experience (usability testing, user feedback, etc.) Solid communication and ability to explain design decisions and user journey rationale Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or related field-or equivalent experience skills: ("Product Designer" OR "UX Designer" OR "UI Designer") AND (Figma) AND ("end-to-end" OR "full lifecycle") AND (prototype OR wireframe OR "user testing") AND ("visual design" OR typography OR "design system") Equal Opportunity Employer: Race, Color, Religion, Sex, Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity, National Origin, Age, Genetic Information, Disability, Protected Veteran Status, or any other legally protected group status.
