Blown Film Extrusion Line Operator - Nights

We are seeking an experienced Blown Film Extrusion Operator to safely perform production tasks, including setup, reading production schedules, and understanding work instructions.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of blown film extrusion experience, ability to read production schedules and work orders, problem-solving skills, mechanical aptitude, and knowledge of resins and additives. A commitment to quality work, safety, and strong interpersonal communication skills are also required.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of blown film extrusion experience preferred
• Ability to read production schedule, work order, and work procedures in English
• Problem-solving and trouble-shooting skills
• Mechanical aptitude
• Knowledge of resins and additives
• Ability to train new associates
• Commitment to quality work
• Commitment to safety and quality
• Able to consistently demonstrate reliable, punctual attendance
• Strong interpersonal communication skills (verbal & written)
• High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) is required

This is a full-time, overnight position with a 2-2-3 shift schedule, 8p-8a, and a $1.00/hour shift premium.
