Cervélo exists to Make Riders Faster. You'll see our bikes on the road, on the trail, and under some of the most elite athletes in the world. We're a small group of passionate riders, dedicated to delivering the best bikes in the world. It's not all CAD and wind tunnel time, though. We're headquartered in Aliso Viejo, California, a sweet corner of Orange County where you can ride on and off road year-round. Coming off a historic year in which Cervélo bikes won the overall in three Grand Tours (the only bike brand in history to do so, and our second time doing it), our ambitions have never been higher, and we're looking for talented, driven people to join our team.
About You
The Marketing Specialist will support the marketing team in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns, with a focused responsibility on digital assets management, events coordination, and digital marketing tasks. This role requires a motivated and organized individual who can manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive marketing efficiency.
WHAT DOES YOUR DAY LOOK LIKE?
Digital Assets Management
File images on Dropbox and WebDAM storage systems.
Image adjustments for web and DAM.
Manage shared galleries for global marketers, reps and retailers.
Maintain version control of NPI folders.
Push final files live, such as sell sheets, overviews, and brand guidelines on the portal.
Collect assets for product decks, including CAD files and engineering graphs.
Serve as the go-to person for special photo requests.
Marketing Bike Fleet Management
Manage photo bikes, media fleets, and athlete bikes.
Facilitate special events at HQ.
Move unnecessary items quarterly to sales.
Enter athlete and media orders.
Handle the return and selling of media bikes.
Vendor, Events, And Photoshoots Coordination
Coordinate swag production for Shopify sales and liaise with vendors.
Work closely with the Office Manager on HQ needs and special events.
Organize photoshoots, including housing, ordering kits, etc.
Assist with North American in-person events both with planning, coordination, and attending in-person.
Digital Marketing
Monitor digital bug forms submissions.
Perform web content updates, including homepage, ambassador pages, copy, pricing changes, and other rolling changes.
New Product Introduction (NPI) Coordination
Gather pricing, studio photos, geometry charts, fit charts, and deliver elements to NPI folders.
Own monthly reporting aggregation
Developing, tracking, and reporting on key marketing metrics, providing analytical input that leads to strategic adjustments and higher ROI.
What You Bring To The Table
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM systems, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms).
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Highly motivated and driven to learn and grow.
Ability to travel up to 20% of the time (5-6 times a year, some international travel).
Ability to work in the office 4-5 days a week in Aliso Viejo, California.
LANGUAGE SKILLS: Ability to read and comprehend and explain documents in English. Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, in English.

SALARY RANGE: This compensation package will be dependent on experience, qualifications, industry experience and the interview with a potential range between $70,000-$78,000.
