Overview Travelzoo is seeking a Marketing Director to join our team in New York. This position reports into the General Manager, U.S. Responsibilities Energized to collaborate globally to further shape how the world sees Travelzoo, elevating the Travelzoo brand in the travel and hospitality industry Excited to spearhead the ideas and storytelling behind compelling content, partnerships, sponsorships, and influencer programs that drive brand awareness Ready to set the vision, drive operational excellence, and be accountable for the brand marketing budget, performance, and outcomes Confident to represent the brand at face-to-face events (both trade and consumer) Driven to develop strong relationships with the sales and marketing teams Qualifications Degree educated with 8+ years of brand marketing experience; lifestyle and/or travel brands are highly preferred A results-driven marketing ambassador who has built brands within the U.S. market A passionate leader with a proven track record of managing direct reports, demonstrating the work ethic and interpersonal skills to inspire collaboration and creative thinking Equally comfortable shaping brand strategy and leading cross-channel marketing initiatives, bringing both deep brand expertise and well-rounded generalist experience Extremely knowledgeable about the digital advertising landscape, products, and trends Skilled in brand analytics, including measurement, reporting, and tracking A high-performance thinker with a strong work ethic and sound judgment An excellent verbal and written communicator What’s in it for you Broaden your horizon by working with a global team and potentially in a different country Experience one of our travel deals first-hand each year, with additional vacation days and a travel budget – we call it the Travelzoo Experience Enjoy complimentary access to a fully equipped gym conveniently located within our office building We recognize your achievements with our employee awards Enjoy working like an entrepreneur?
