Marketing Administrator

Qualifications
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or Journalism
OR equivalent work experience in one of the areas listed.
2. 3-5 years demonstrated work experience in a marketing/communications related field.
3. Minimum of 2 years experience handling social media marketing for an organization.
4. Excellent verbal and written communications skills required.
5. Ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
6. Skilled in the use of a personal computer using word processing and presentation software.

What you'll be doing:
- Develop and implement social media strategies and content to promote TourismOhio.
- Manage relationships with vendors and stakeholders to support program performance.
- Coordinate marketing projects and deliverables across internal teams and external partners.
- Plan and execute major events and activations, including Ohio Tourism Day.
- Organize and manage partner content submissions for campaigns, publications, and promotions.
- Provide communications and logistical support for advocacy outreach and advisory board activities.
- Support research efforts, including procurement of county-level economic impact data and vendor coordination.
- Serve as liaison to industry partners, ensuring effective communication and relationship management.
- Uphold the Department of Development's customer service standards.
