Director of Music Ministry Job at Reformed Theological Seminary in Town of Charl

Back Creek Church is seeking a Director of Music Ministry who has a passion for leading musical worship, promoting congregational singing, and building up adults, youth, and children through music ministry. We are located in a growing area of Charlotte, NC.

Responsibilities include:

• Public Worship and Special Services: Select music for public worship and other special services, conduct instrumentalists and vocalists, and hold weekly rehearsals.
• Music Ministry: Recruit, lead, equip, and train congregants with musical gifts to serve the church vocally or instrumentally.
• Administrative: Participate in weekly church staff meetings, represent the music ministry on the Worship Committee, and coordinate with other committees and teams.

Qualifications include:

• Spiritual: Believe in the Lord Jesus Christ, affirm the Bible, and accept the doctrines of the ARP Church.
• Professional: Experience in leading musical worship, proven aptitude to recruit and train congregants, strong vocal singing ability, and excellent musicianship.
