Virtuance is seeking individuals to partner with us as Virtuance Photography Partners (an independent contractor opportunity). You can create your own schedule and work independently while collaborating with a Real Estate Photography Team.

What You Need to Be Successful

• Commitment to excellent customer service
• Availability 2 days a week (Monday – Friday)
• Reliable Internet connection
• Own a current and legal driver’s license and reliable vehicle to travel to shoots
• Be excited about joining the best network of real estate professionals

Equipment Requirements

• Digital SLR body capable of Bracketing 5+ frames in AEB mode
• Wide-angle lens (no prime lenses)
• Sturdy tripod
• Ball head
• Laptop (Windows 32/64-bit or Mac OS X)
• Theta Z1 camera (can be leased through us)
• Smartphone – iPhone 12 Pro or newer or Android

Compensation

We offer competitive compensation for completed projects and pay a percentage of the total package price, typically ranging from $40 to $250+ per job depending on products purchased. More details to follow.

Certification Requirements

This opportunity includes access to online educational tools to learn more about photography and real estate, plus access to our technology. You will need to demonstrate real estate photography competency by completing a remote certification course and a test photoshoot.
