We’re seeking a creative, detail-oriented Junior Studio Photographer to join our in-house team. This role supports both the execution and organization of daily studio photography operations, from product shoots and staging to retouching and file management. You’ll work closely with the photography team to ensure all studio processes are efficient and meet brand standards. This role will also act as a photo assistant to our on-location photographers. Please note, this role is based on-site 5 days a week in our headquarter office in Farmers Branch. Responsibilities Capture in-studio product photography; maintaining a high-quality standard and ensuring images adhere to Loloi’s brand guidelines. Retouch product images and ensure proper product color Organize and manage files as part of the studio/retouching workflow. Set up and break down lighting, staging, and equipment for shoots Assist with product staging, preparation, and packing Maintain, clean, and organize all studio spaces and equipment Update project management software regularly with project status Assist the photography team on location shoots—handling lighting, equipment setup/breakdown, and onsite problem solving. Travel Required: Expect periodic travel (≈ 20% of your time) Time Allocation: Roughly 50% in studio shooting, 20% location assisting, and 30% retouching across projects.
