We are seeking a skilled RF Engineer to design, develop, and test RF systems and components for wireless communication, automotive, IoT, or other related industries. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in RF circuit design, antenna systems, signal processing, and testing, contributing to the development of high-performance, reliable products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop RF circuits, modules, and systems, including amplifiers, filters, mixers, and transceivers.
- Perform RF system-level simulations, modeling, and analysis using tools such as ADS, HFSS, CST, or equivalent.
- Develop and test antennas, antenna arrays, and RF front-end subsystems for optimal performance.
- Conduct RF characterization, measurements, and validation using lab equipment such as vector network analyzers, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, and oscilloscopes.
- Collaborate with hardware, software, and firmware teams to integrate RF systems into complete products.
- Optimize RF designs for power efficiency, signal integrity, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (FCC, CE, ETSI, etc.).
- Troubleshoot and debug RF performance issues in prototype and production systems.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and test plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field with a focus on RF/Microwave.
- 3–7+ years of hands-on RF design, testing, and validation experience.
- Strong knowledge of RF circuit design, impedance matching, filters, mixers, and amplifiers.
- Experience with RF measurement tools and techniques (VNA, spectrum analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes).
- Familiarity with communication protocols (GSM, LTE, 5G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee, etc.) is a plus.
- Solid understanding of EM theory, transmission lines, and antenna design principles.
- Experience with simulation and design tools such as ADS, HFSS, CST, MATLAB, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a cross-functional team environment.
Preferred:
- Experience in wireless communications, IoT devices, automotive radar, or 5G systems.
- Knowledge of PCB RF layout and signal integrity best practices.
- Familiarity with embedded systems and RF firmware development.
