BASED AT: FACEGYM Studio
HOURS: 5 Days per week (Full Time)
RESPONSIBLE FOR: Leading and developing the studio team, driving exceptional customer experiences, overseeing daily operations, and supporting brand growth through events and initiatives

Job Summary
The Studio Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations across the studio, driving revenue and profitability, and leading and supporting a high-performing team. In this role, you will champion exceptional customer service, foster a positive and motivating work environment, and ensure consistent financial growth. This position reports to the District Manager for NY & LA.
Key duties and responsibilities
- Ensure all teams KPI targets are consistently met, and where not achieved the team have step by step feedback and coaching tools to help them improve
- Maintain a strong focus on client loyalty, assess occupancy rates, and inspire the team to continually improve occupancy and rebook goals
- Drive the success of the membership programme by promoting its benefits to clients, encouraging sign-ups, and ensuring the team are knowledgeable in discussing the programme with customers
- Manage studio inventory to ensure the studio is stocked with the necessary products and tools/equipment for the full range of workouts
- Ensure all team members adapt client conversations to strengthen interaction and engagement at all stages of the workout and maximize sales opportunities to achieve KPIs
- Adhere to health & safety guidelines for sterilization and storage of equipment; keep studios and work stations clean and presentable
- Support the team with overcoming selling challenges and create retail theatre to attract new customers during downtime
- Maintain exceptional customer experience by ensuring workouts are delivered in accordance with workout protocols
- Confidently manage and resolve customer complaints and challenges in the Studio and over the phone
- Build and continuously update knowledge on skincare, products, and workouts
- Be a positive, motivated, and well-informed team player
- Recruit new trainers and safeguard their induction program
- Ensure a high standard of personal hygiene and grooming guidelines for the team
- Accurately completing and checking all required paperwork and reports for the store and the team
- Be skilled on Zenoti system; ensure accuracy across the team
- Operate point of sale systems, card machines and tills
- Conduct bi-annual performance reviews for all team members and develop action plans to support growth and accountability
- Conduct investigations into employee relations matters when required, in partnership with the People team, ensuring fairness and confidentiality
- Support management cover across locations and sites to drive the business

Person Specification
The ideal candidate will:
- Have at least 3 years experience managing a retail location of more than 10 individuals, demonstrating strong site management skills
- Have previous people management experience with a proven ability to lead and develop a team
- Be a motivational people leader who inspires high performance and engagement
- Have a can-do, entrepreneurial attitude to support and drive the business forward
- Demonstrate the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Possess excellent negotiation and communication skills
- Have strong numeracy skills, with the ability to analyse and interpret financial data effectively
- Be skilled at motivating and leading a team to consistently achieve and exceed goals
