Software Technology Inc. is hiring: UI/UX Developer in Woodland

We are looking for a strong UI/UX resource to join our onsite team in WOODLAND HILLS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop user interfaces for web applications using ReactJS or AngularJS, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design concepts.
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to understand requirements and translate them into user-friendly designs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Stay updated with the latest UI/UX trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure our products remain at the forefront of innovation.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and ensuring design consistency and quality.
• Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and accurate implementation.
• Analyze user data and feedback to make informed design decisions and optimizations.
• Ensure that design guidelines and standards are implemented consistently across various platforms.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in UI/UX design and development, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of user interfaces and experiences.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• Strong expertise in front-end frameworks, specifically ReactJS or AngularJS.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly and effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Mandatory Areas

• UI/UX design and development: 10+ years of experience.
• Design tools: 8+ years of experience with tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.
• Front-end frameworks: 8+ years of experience with ReactJS or AngularJS.
• Coding experience: 7+ years of experience in Python, with proficiency in ML/NLP libraries.
• Wireframing and prototyping: 7+ years of experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups.

Agile/Scrum development process experience is a plus.
