Responsibilities Lead end-to-end UX design for web and cross-platform experiences
Own large-scale design initiatives from discovery through delivery
Advocate for user needs and influence product direction
Create wireframes, prototypes, and design specs using tools like Figma, Miro, and Confluence
Collaborate with research and technical teams to ensure safe, effective, and inclusive solutions
Contribute to design systems and unify fragmented experiences
Mentor other designers and foster a strong UX culture
Requirements 5-8 years of UX/product design experience across web, mobile, and portals
Strong portfolio showcasing design thinking and polished execution
Experience in Agile environments and cross-functional collaboration
Expertise in usability, accessibility, and responsive design
Strategic mindset with excellent storytelling and communication skills
Passion for inclusive design and continuous improvement
