Overview We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our high-achieving team who is passionate for design and thrives in a creative role, can produce exceptional design product for our clients, and can support our digital design department in achieving our high standards of work. Ultimately, you will be responsible for bringing design solutions to life that adhere to marketing strategies and business goals. You will ensure the design team promotes clients’ brands effectively through delivering high quality pieces on tight deadlines. Compensation This is a contract role, 10 hours per week to start (trial period) with room for immediate growth to 20 hours after the trial period. While the schedule is flexible, you must be regularly available (for at least 4 hours a day) between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM MT Monday through Friday. Hourly: Between $25 and $40 / hour (negotiable depending on experience) Responsibilities Conduct Thorough Brand Research and Develop Brand Standards Translation of campaign goals into strategic, aesthetically pleasing designs that attract target audience Researching and use of current trends to maximize engagement on campaigns Tracking of key metrics with development of graphic design suggestions for improved conversions and scalability Ensuring brand consistency for all assigned accounts Creation of Engaging and Exceptional Digital Content Development of branded, innovative designs that convey client messaging to target audiences through email marketing Deliver all phases of production from concept to completion Ongoing and regular communication with different team members to adjust designs or implement new graphics as needed Maintenance and organization of creative assets and other file management systems Liaising with marketing and design teams to ensure deadlines are met Staying up-to-date with industry developments and tools Qualifications Must Haves B2C marketing experience is required.
