You will support the Social Media Manager in executing campaigns, managing community engagement, and amplifying the voice of Pro Lash. This is an on-site position based at our Provo, UT headquarters, Monday through Friday. Key Responsibilities Develop and publish content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and other relevant platforms Assist in executing content calendars aligned with marketing initiatives and product launches Monitor daily social performance and track key KPIs such as reach, engagement, saves, and shares Collaborate with design, video, influencer, and marketing teams to ensure content is on-brand and impactful Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs, and foster a vibrant online community Stay on top of social media trends and emerging platforms to keep our content fresh and relevant Support influencer campaigns and user-generated content initiatives Assist in brainstorming and pitching creative ideas that embody the Pro Lash voice and visual identity What We’re Looking For 1–3 years of experience in social media, preferably in beauty, lifestyle, or DTC brands Deep understanding of current social media trends, platforms, and best practices Strong writing skills with a sharp eye for detail and tone Comfortable creating content using tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar Bonus points for photo/video editing skills or experience on set Passion for beauty, lashes, and helping women feel confident Highly organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Benefits Paid time off and company holidays Medical, Vision, and Dental insurance IRA with company match Send Resume and Cover letter to Kristi@prolash.com. #J-18808-Ljbffr
