Overview In this pivotal role as an Experiential Producer at SixSpeed, you'll be at the heart of bringing immersive brand experiences to life. You’ll lead the planning, coordination, and execution of dynamic marketing events and campaigns, ensuring every detail aligns with our clients' vision. Responsibilities Lead the planning and execution of experiential marketing events, campaigns, and programs, ensuring they align with client objectives
Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and equipment setup
Collaborate with leadership to ensure project feasibility is established and achievable for both time and cost, and proactively develop alternative solutions when required
Support Senior and Executive Producers in establishing detailed project milestones, production schedules, timelines, and budgets
Coordinate and manage external vendors, contractors, and estimates
Assume the Production Lead role within internal and external status meetings by actively participating and contributing
Oversee event staff and volunteers, providing clear direction and support
Monitor on-site activities and troubleshoot any issues to ensure seamless event execution and executional excellence
Maintain financial records, track expenses, and ensure events are delivered within budget
Evaluate and report on event performance, gathering feedback to assess project success
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in experiential marketing, applying innovative ideas to enhance event experiences
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients under leadership, actively collaborating with internal and external partners
Complete budget reconciliation comparing production expenses to the budget, ensuring job profitability
Complete a post-activation report identifying wins, learnings, and opportunities
Mentor and guide Associate Producers, contributing to their professional development
Qualifications A Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in event management, on-site production, operations/logistics, or experiential marketing
Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with proven experience in event production
Strong attention to detail and the ability to solve problems on the fly
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable in having direct client communication
Ability to create and pitch concepts and plans clearly and concisely
Strong ability to work cross-functionally with teams and positively impact work with clients and vendors
Proficient with Google Suite of Applications and Microsoft Office, along with other event planning and management tools and software
Demonstrates a high level of professionalism, enthusiasm, self-motivation, resourcefulness, and drive for results in a fast-paced environment
Highly adaptable and capable of thriving under pressure in a high-intensity environment
Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines
Proactively anticipates and identifies potential issues, and independently identifies solutions to resolve conflicts or variances
Experience with vendor research and negotiation
Understanding of industry knowledge, sponsorship and contract development, transportation and logistics, permitting and legal documentation, footprint layouts, and management of onsite staff
Ability to manage multiple projects independently with professional execution of each plan
Willing to travel as necessary, up to 50% to support key activations
Salary and Location This role offers a salary range of $55,000 to $70,000 per year. The final offer will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications as they relate to the requirements of the position.
